Sunday Lyan

We're bringing Sunday Lyan Stateside. 

The Lyan Bars, created by Ryan Chetiyawardana, wanted a unique way to invite industry partners into our bars to collaborate, experiment with different techniques, and share them with our guests. So began Sunday Lyan.

Each Sunday at Silver Lyan, we'll be open from 5pm until late, serving our full menu of playful cocktails. Once a month, we'll be hosting another bar in our subterranean space. On these occasions, expect a special menu with features from our guest bar's menu and cocktails we've created together. 

Next up, Birds of Paradise will fly down south on November 17th to join us from Brighton, Massachusetts.
